Virb Photo Upload
Virb uses a style similar to the safari style of choosing a file (Which by the way I invented before they released it. Ask Chris Willis! How can you even doubt me when you know how much time I spend obsessing about how bad the native widget is).
I think they are using a flash button to do it.
