Oobject voting

Oobject is a new gadget site. I like the premise of users making lists, then ranking the objects in the list. I found this list a bit confusing though. Did voting "-" mean I think it is more of a failure or less of one?

Discussion
This site frustrated me when I thought one of the items was cool and wanted to get more info on it. Only the stupid number is clickable and then it takes you to a page where it doesn't actually have anymore info about the item, and no link to a page that might have more info.

1. Agreed - the voting method could have been more clear. In eBay, a red circle is associated with a negative vote (vs. a green circle).
2. The pictures are definitely click-stupid. However, you can click on the image and not the number but only in select spots (toward the center). Therefore, a novice mad clicker will actually be able to enlarge the image with their insane excess clicking.
3. Yes, I want info per page. How can I own or make the mysterious Picoflyer (world's smallest helicopter)
4. I'm also interested in how they are going to organize this list of pages when it gets bigger. I can see the super cool mini gadgets paying getting swallowed up by the website over time ...

Hi,
David from Oobject here. Thanks for the feedback, its pretty useful - we obviously need to change the design a bit to make things clearer.
The links to the original sites are there (link on the bottom left marked 'link') and the marked 'Link' on the permalink page. The need reworded and repositioned/designed to be clear.
The numbers need to have the background clickable and we need to make sure items are not posted before supplementary commentary is written.
The voting will actually vary i.e. worst or better, but will be explicit in the title and description.
As for the category overload, we will divide them hierarchically (only two levels) with folding, but nothing seems ideal at the moment.
Thanks
