Blip.tv's Learning Center
Kind of hard to capture in a screenshot, but blip.tv's learning center is really well designed. It gives aspiring video producers everything they need to get started in a clean, easy to use site.
Most learning centers I've seen are either entirely too complex or horrible, underdeveloped afterthoughts. It almost seems like blip.tv actually wants you to make good videos.
