Is this what the header looks like on all the non-home pages? I can't see the new version yet.

Yes, except that "Shop All Departments" is not expanded (it drops down) and you have the normal left nav with the categories and subcategories in there. Like Shoes>Fashion Shoes> etc. and the Orange top level nav drops down over those.
